Refund policy

We offer a 3-day refund policy from the date you receive your order.

Non-Refundable Items

Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous goods are non-refundable.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Refund requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

If your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Items sent without an approved refund request will not be accepted.

Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

  • Refunds are only valid for orders maximum Rs. 10,000(Exchange Only)
  • Items with odour, stains, or wear will be rejected.
  • Underwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Delivery charges: Rs. 250

  • Courier tax and other costs: Rs. 150

Total deduction: Rs. 400

These charges (totaling Rs. 400) will be deducted from the refund amount in all cases.
