Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframe

Orders received and confirmed before 6:00 PM are shipped on the same day. Orders received after 6:00 PM are processed and shipped on the next working day.

All shipments are dispatched only after order verification and confirmation through automated WhatsApp messages or calls from our customer support team.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Charges

We offer two shipping options for our customers:

1. Standard Delivery – Rs. 300

  • Courier Service: MNP

  • Delivery Time: 3–4 working days (depending on location)

  • Allow to Open: Available

  • Customers can open and inspect their parcels upon delivery.

2. Express Delivery – Rs. 500

  • Courier Service: TCS

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 working days (depending on location)

  • Allow to Open: Not Available

  • Parcels cannot be opened before payment.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Orders within Rawalpindi and Islamabad will be delivered on the next working day.

Shipment Tracking

All orders are dispatched through reliable and traceable courier services.

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via WhatsApp or email (if provided).

We currently use TCS, PostEx, and MNP Couriers for deliveries across Pakistan.

You can also track your order directly through our tracking portal by entering your registered phone number and Order ID.
