Shipping policy
Delivery Timeframe
Orders received and confirmed before 8:00 PM are shipped on the same day. Orders received after 8:00 PM are processed and shipped on the next working day.
Shipments are dispatched only after verification and confirmation through automated WhatsApp messages and calls from our support team.
Our Delivery window is of 3-4 working days.
Shipment Tracking
All orders are dispatched via a traceable courier service. A tracking number will be shared shortly after the order is placed on the provided mobile number or email.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order tracking link and tracking ID via WhatsApp and email (if provided).
