Return & Replacement Policy

For any size or product change, please fill out the Return/Replacement Form.

Replacement Request Time

Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of order delivery. Requests submitted after 3 working days will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Product Return Condition

The product must be returned in its original condition, including:
1) All tags attached
2) Original packaging
3) Shopping bag
4) Courier receipt
5) Item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

Correct Information Required

Replacements will be processed strictly according to the details provided in the form, so please ensure all information is entered correctly.

Replacement Process

Please fill out the form so we can dispatch the requested size or product.

Delivery Charges for Size Replacement

1) Rs. 500 for parcels up to 1 kg
2) Rs. 700 for parcels above 1 kg

Sale Products

For sale products, please check the availability of the required size on the website. If the requested size or color is unavailable, a replacement of similar value may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

Underwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.
