    🚚 Delivery Information

    What are the delivery charges?

    Delivery charges range between PKR 200 to PKR 300, depending on your location and order size. The exact charge will be shown at checkout.

    How long does delivery take?

    Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 2–5 working days. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

    What happens after I place an order?

    You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after placing your order. Once it's processed and shipped, you’ll get a tracking number to monitor your parcel.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes! A tracking number will be sent via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

    Can I send a gift or add a note?

    Absolutely! Add a gift note during checkout. If you'd like to hide prices, mention it in the “Order Notes” or contact us after placing the order.

    Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

    Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. For international delivery options, please contact our support team.

    Where can I view my receipt?

    Your receipt will be emailed after purchase. You can also log in to your account and find it under the "Orders" section.


    🔁 Returns & Refunds

    How long do I have to return a product?

    Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    How do I return an item?

    Contact our support team with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process. Returns must be sent via courier service.

    How will I receive my refund?

    If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

    Can I get refunded through the same payment method?

    Yes. Refunds are made via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll offer a bank transfer or store voucher.

    Will I receive the exact product shown in the photos?

    Yes, our photos are of the actual products. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

    Will out-of-stock items be restocked?

    Yes, we frequently restock popular items. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page to stay updated.
